Most whole-home projects run 12–18 months from signed contract to handover, depending on scope, permitting and square footage.

Yes. Once you sign the construction contract, the price is fixed. Any change you request afterward is quoted and approved in writing before work continues.

Our planning team files and manages all permit applications on your behalf, and factors typical approval timelines into your schedule.

For partial renovations, often yes — we phase work and seal off active zones. For full gut renovations, we'll advise relocating for the construction phase.

We currently operate across 40 cities in Europe and North America, with satellite teams for select international projects.
